Refund policy

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.


Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for a return. It must also be in the original packaging.


Some items are non-returnable. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for intimate or hygiene products, dangerous goods, flammable liquids or gases, etc.


Refunds (if applicable)


After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved.


If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for a refund to be credited.
