What happens after I place an order?


After completing the checkout process, a "Thank You" page will appear, showing your online order confirmation number. This number confirms that your order has been successfully placed. We will send a copy of this online order receipt via email within one hour.


After your order is processed by fronfustrte, we will send you a second email containing your order number and order details. If there are any issues with your order, our customer service staff will contact you by phone or email.


What if I don't receive the email order confirmation?


You will receive the online order confirmation email via email within one hour after placing your order. You will also receive an email with order details within 24 hours after placing your order.


Can I change the delivery address?


We can change the delivery address as long as your order has not yet been shipped.


Is it safe to use a credit card online?


Yes. When all your personal information (including your credit card number) is transmitted over the Internet, we encrypt it using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. When your browser is in safe mode, a blue bar will appear at the top of the browser window, and a complete key or lock icon will appear at the bottom right corner of the window. This indicates that the transaction is secure.


Which credit cards are accepted?


Fronfustrte accepts a variety of credit cards, including American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.


When will my credit card be charged?


We will obtain credit card payment authorization when processing your order. Authorization is usually completed within 24 hours after you place your order. Your credit card will be actually charged when the order is shipped (please note that if you place an order using PayPal, your payment will be processed at the time of purchase). Out-of-stock items will not be charged to you until they are available for shipment. If we cannot obtain authorization, our customer service specialists will contact you.


How do I check out?


After adding all the items you want to order to the shopping basket, click the "Checkout" button at the top of the shopping basket page and follow the instructions.


Why am I having problems ordering?


To order from our website, you need an SSL-compatible browser, and your browser preferences must be set to accept "cookies". For the best results, if you are accessing from a PC or Android device, we recommend using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox browsers. On Mac devices, Safari browser works best. If you want to download the latest version of the browser, please click on the name of each browser.


Why is my shopping cart empty?


You may not have selected the quantity of items you want to order. On the product page, select the item you want to buy, enter the order quantity, and then click the "Add to Cart" button at the top of the page. This will add the selected item to your shopping cart.


If your items still do not appear in the shopping cart, it may be that your browser is not set to accept "Cookies". Our website uses Cookies to track the items in your shopping cart. These Cookies do not contain personal information or billing information, so there is no security risk in accepting them. You can change your browser options to accept Cookies in the browser's preferences menu.

Can I use multiple coupons on my order?


Only one coupon code is accepted per order. Please refer to the disclaimer of the specific promotion for the full exclusions and terms of the offer; unless otherwise stated, offers cannot be combined.

What does "out of stock" mean?


Items that cannot be shipped currently are called "out of stock". You can still order out-of-stock items, and we will ship them as soon as they are available. (Out-of-stock items will list the expected arrival date - please remember that these are the dates when they are expected to arrive at our warehouse.) Out-of-stock items will not be charged to you until they are shipped from our warehouse.
